1. Applicability This policy applies only to products purchased directly through www.WisdomTail.com.
For products purchased through third-party channels (such as retailers or distributors), please contact the original purchase channel for assistance.
2. Return Conditions

Time Frame Returns and refunds can be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt. Requests beyond this period will not be processed.

Product Condition The product must be in its original, unused, undamaged condition, with no signs of wear. All accessories and packaging (including anti-counterfeit labels and instruction manuals) must be complete and intact.
If returning for reasons other than quality issues, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- Exceptions (Non-returnable items)
- Products damaged due to improper use, pet damage, or self-modification.
- Products with significant wear, scratches, or missing accessories.
- Free gifts, custom-made products, or items explicitly marked as “non-returnable.”
3. Return Process
- Contact Customer Service Email service@WisdomTail.com or submit a return request via the website's live chat. Please provide:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product and packaging (including anti-counterfeit labels)

Obtain RMA Authorization After review, customer service will send an RMA number and return address within 24 hours. Returns without an RMA number will be rejected, and WisdomTail will not be responsible for any logistics risks incurred.

Return the Product Use the original packaging or similar protective materials to securely seal the product. We recommend using a traceable shipping service and retaining the shipping receipt.
4. Refund Processing Once the product is received and inspected at the warehouse, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Credit card/PayPal refunds are subject to the bank's processing time (usually 1-2 billing cycles). Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a quality issue, customer service will reimburse the reasonable return shipping costs to your account balance.

Not Publicizing Return Address The purpose of not publicly sharing the return address is to ensure every return undergoes quality inspection authorization, preventing lost or incorrectly addressed packages. The RMA process tracks responsibility, ensuring the protection of both parties' rights.
